What You’ll Do:
- Enforce factory rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for employees.
- Conduct routine patrols of the factory grounds and buildings to deter suspicious activity.
- Monitor and control access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a well-maintained and secure environment for equipment, inventory, and production areas.
- Build rapport and collaborate with factory personnel to foster a sense of security and trust.

Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security (military or private sector) preferred.
- Strong observation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with factory personnel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine patrols and handle potential security situations.
- Proficient in Vietnamese language a plus.
- Basic understanding of fire safety protocols is a plus.
