What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the safety and security of factory personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Monitor and control access points to the factory premises.
• Conduct routine patrols of the factory grounds and buildings to identify and deter suspicious activity.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain a well-maintained and secure environment for all personnel and assets.
• Work collaboratively with factory staff and management to maintain a positive and secure work environment.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in security (military or private sector) preferred.
• Strong observation skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform routine patrols and handle potential security situations.
• Proficient in Vietnamese language a plus.
• Working knowledge of basic safety regulations is a plus.
